Ball Valve Material Test Reports

The Size/Figure number must be entered in the correct 15 digit format
The size is the first 3 digits ( e.g. 0.5,0.8, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, etc..)
The fourth digit is a blank space
The remaining 11 digits shall be the figure number (e.g. B210TMRTXXX)
